- DEFINITIONS
- Shop - online shop at www.atana.pl
- Regulations - these terms and conditions, governing the use of the Shop, forming an integral part of the contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
- Contract - sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, of which the Terms and Conditions are an integral part.
- Pages - Both parties to the Contract, the Buyer and the Seller.
- Seller - The entity responsible for the operation of the Shop is Atana Ewa Pańta address: ul. Piłsudskiego 10, 05-822 Milanówek, NIP: 8381725571
- Buyer - a person making purchases through the Shop. If the Buyer is a natural person, he/she must have full legal capacity.
- Products - products sold in the Shop.
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

- The contract shall be concluded in Polish.
- The buyer can be either an entrepreneur making the purchase in the course of business or a consumer. If the Buyer is an individual, he or she must have full legal capacity.
- The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are without prejudice to the generally applicable laws on consumer protection, including in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- Any inconsistencies of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations with universally applicable legal norms shall be deemed not to apply. In their place, the relevant norms of universally applicable law shall apply.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The Seller sells Products through the Shop. The sold Products together with their descriptions and prices are presented on the pages of the Shop.

- The Buyer places an order by completing an interactive order form available on the Shop's website and submitting it to the Shop. The form is filled in in accordance with the detailed instructions visible during filling in.
- The Buyer indicates the Products he wishes to order. The Buyer provides the following details: name, registered office address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment, method of delivery of the Products. In addition, the Buyer provides the necessary data to issue an invoice .
- Each order is confirmed no later than the next working day after it is placed. The confirmation means that the order has been received and accepted by the Seller. The confirmation shall contain detailed information about the order, including the Seller, the Products, the price and the delivery date.
- In order to conclude the contract, the Purchaser shall follow the instructions in the confirmation referred to in subclause 3, including in particular the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract with the Seller by clicking on the link provided in the e-mail.
- If any errors are found in the contents of the order, the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller before confirming the conclusion of the contract in order to make the correction and indicate the correct order data.
- The Seller shall record the content of the agreement concluded with the Purchaser in the form of an electronic record. The content of the aforementioned record shall be made available to the Buyer upon request.

- The lead time is from 2 to 7 working days. If payment by bank transfer is selected, the aforementioned period is calculated from the date of crediting the bank account of the Seller.
- The seller makes it possible to pay for the ordered products in the following forms:
- cash on delivery (payment for the Products is made by the Buyer on collection of the order at the post office or at the courier's)
- by bank transfer (the order is not processed until we receive the payment from the buyer)
- tpay ( fast transfer, blik)
- payment on delivery in our stationary shop Atana Ewa Pańta, Piłsudskiego 10 Street, 05-822 Milanówek
We would like to inform you that the account number for the payment if you choose to pay by bank transfer is always included in the order confirmation. Please always write the order number indicated in the order confirmation you received in the title of the transfer.
(3) The buyer agrees that an invoice or bill may be issued without the seller's signature.
(4) Pursuant to the Value Added Tax Act of 11 March 2004 (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1221, as amended), Article 106n, the buyer agrees that invoices, duplicates of such invoices and their corrections may be sent electronically by the seller.
DELIVERY- 6
Delivery of the ordered Products is carried out via a courier service.
It is also possible to collect our products in person at our stationary shop located at: Atana Ewa Pańta, 10 Piłsudskiego Street, 05-822 Milanówek
RETURN/ EXCHANGE

- Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights, a Buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from products purchased in the Shop without stating a reason within 14 days . The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded between entrepreneurs - these contracts are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Please send the returned Products together with the withdrawal form to the address Atana Ewa Pańta, ul. Piłsudskiego 10, 05-822 Milanówek. Upon receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, the Seller shall, within 14 working days, refund the price of the Products purchased by the Consumer and reimburse the costs of delivery of the said Products to the Buyer. The cost of sending back the Products will be borne by the Buyer.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal. It is sufficient to send the Product back before the deadline. Please always send the Seller a confirmation of return postage.
- The seller shall always refund the price plus shipping costs in the same form in which he received payment from the buyer.
- The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product (i.e. the cost of returning the Product to the Seller), unless the Seller has agreed to bear them.
COMPLAINTS

- All complaints regarding the Products should be submitted in writing to the address of the Seller Atana Ewa Pańta, ul. Piłsudskiego 10, 05-822 Milanówek. In the letter containing the complaint, please indicate the details of the person submitting the complaint and briefly describe the reason for the complaint. The Seller shall inform the Buyer about the way of considering the complaint within 14 days from the day of receiving the complaint in writing (the date of sending the letter is important), or by e-mail.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

- The Seller is the administrator of the personal data obtained from the Buyer in the purchase procedure of the Products for the sole purpose of completing the transaction.
- The data collection of our contractors is notified to the UODO ( Office for the Protection of Personal Data) and is adapted to:
- The personal data obtained by the Seller shall be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the Buyer.
- At any time, the Buyer may oblige the Seller by sending an appropriate request, including by e-mail, to provide information on the status of the personal data processed concerning him.
- The buyer also has the right to request the deletion, completion or amendment of the personal data processed by the Seller.
- Detailed information on data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy of our Shop.
OTHER PROVISIONS/FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to short-term technical interruptions in access to the Shop due to maintenance or updating of data on the server.

The regulations enter into force on 01.12.2021.
