RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE<\/h2>\n

1. in accordance with Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter: RODO), we inform you that:<\/p>\n

2 The administrator of your personal data is Atana Ewa Pa\u0144ta (Atana Ewa Pa\u0144ta. Ul. Pi\u0142sudskiego 10, NIP: 8381725571, REGON: 365137443), hereinafter referred to as Atana.<\/p>\n

3. Atana processes the personal data you provide in:<\/p>\n

(a) E-mail correspondence.
\nb) By telephone.
\nc) During direct business contacts.
\n(d) On the www.trac.net.pl website and online services.<\/p>\n

(4) The scope of this data is determined by the type of goods and\/or services you order or use. The basic scope of this data is as follows: name and surname or company name, Tax Identification Number (NIP), address of residence or registered office, contact addresses (mailing address, e-mail address, telephone), name and surname or company name of the person appointed by you as the person authorised to represent you in matters concerning the goods and services ordered by you as well as his\/her contact addresses (mailing address for paper correspondence, e-mail address, telephone).<\/p>\n

5. To the extent necessary for the performance of the contract concluded by you with Atana for the provision of services offered by Atana, and to the extent necessary for Atana to take action at your request, as well as to the extent necessary for Atana to fulfil its legal obligation and for the purposes resulting from the legally justified interests pursued by Atana (fraud detection and prevention, establishing, defending and asserting claims, compiling statements, analyses and statistics, verifying payment reliability, handling complaints and requests, technical support, financial settlements, including the issuance of accounting documents) - the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of a legal provision, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) and (c) and (f) RODO, without the need for your consent to the processing of your personal data. For the rest, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent.<\/p>\n

(6) Atana is entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties (hereinafter: Atana Subcontractors) for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper delivery of the goods or services or the proper performance of the contract concluded by you with Atana. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to Atana's Subcontractors on the basis of an agreement on the entrustment of the processing of personal data concluded between Atana and Atana's Subcontractors, in particular.<\/p>\n

a) Courier companies delivering the goods ordered by you.
\n(b) Accounting offices that provide bookkeeping services for Atana.
\nc) Atan's subcontractors who provide warranty and post-warranty repair services in the field.
\nd) IT companies to whom Atana entrusts the storage of data on IT media and the operation of software.<\/p>\n

(7) As a general rule, your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA. However, the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA may take place when it is necessary to do so in order to provide your service, including situations where the service will be provided outside the EEA or the provision of the service required the involvement of Atana Subcontractors based outside the EEA.<\/p>\n

(8) Your personal data will be retained for a period of 10 years from the last collaboration, sale or delivery of the last good or service ordered or provided at Atana. On the other hand, your personal data recorded in accounting records will be kept for the period indicated in the applicable legislation, including tax legislation.<\/p>\n

9 Subject to the restrictions under the RODO and other laws, you have the right of access to the content of your personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time if the processing is based on your consent.<\/p>\n

10. you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the meaning of the RODO if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.<\/p>\n

(11) To the extent that your personal data is collected on the basis of a legal provision, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) and (c) and (f) of the DPA, your failure to provide all required personal data, depending on the circumstances, may result in a refusal to provide you with the goods or services offered by Atana or may constitute an obstacle or impediment to the conclusion or performance of a contract for the provision of services offered by Atana. To the extent that your personal data is collected on the basis of consent, the provision of personal data is voluntary. However, the refusal of your consent for marketing purposes or the withdrawal of this consent will prevent Atana from informing you of new offers and promotions.<\/p>\n
